Terms of Service
Welcome to Max Xtreme Marine LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our yacht services, including Upholstery, Engine Overhauls, Yacht Carpentry, Full Painting, Refitting, Customization, Hydraulic Systems, and Navigation and Electronics, under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
1. Scope of Services
We provide yacht services as outlined in our Services tab. Services are subject to availability and may require a consultation to determine scope. Descriptions are informational and may change without notice.
2. Payment Terms
- A 70% deposit is required to confirm your booking (Non-Refundable at any circumstances) , with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard in AED), or other agreed methods. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee.
- Prices exclude VAT, which will be added.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information about your yacht’s condition and ensure it is accessible and seaworthy for service.
- Additional costs due to delays or undisclosed issues (e.g., hidden damage) will be your responsibility.
4. Termination of Service
- We may terminate services for non-compliance with these terms (e.g., non-payment, unsafe conditions).
5. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms, with changes posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
